Report a Bug / Request a Feature

We value your feedback. If you encounter a problem or have an idea for improving Nexus, please let us know through our support portal.


How to submit feedback

  1. Visit the DENSsolutions Support Portal.
  2. Choose the appropriate request type (bug report or feature request).
  3. Provide as much detail as possible - steps to reproduce, file formats involved, screenshots, etc.

You can also reach this portal from within Nexus: open the nexus menu and select About Nexus, then click Report a bug / Request a feature. Error messages in Nexus include a direct Report link as well.

What to include in a bug report

  • Nexus version — shown in the nexus menu → About Nexus
  • Steps to reproduce — what you did before the error occurred
  • Expected vs. actual behaviour — what you expected and what happened instead
  • File information — format and approximate size of the files involved
  • Screenshots or error messages — include the technical details if available

What to include in a feature request

  • Use case — describe the workflow or problem you are trying to solve
  • Proposed solution — how you would like Nexus to handle it
  • Priority — how important this is for your daily work
